The story of SEE-FAH began around 80 years ago when a Chinese guy immigrated to Thailand and has been working hard to survive in the big city. One day he proposed his friend to build a restaurant together, it is a small restaurant in a luxury area with one room, one floor, and not even a name for the restaurant. In the beginning, the restaurant sells only beverages and desserts and because of the surrounding restaurants have closed their business, they started to hire laid-off chefs from those restaurants and came up with their own food recipes. In 1936, the business proceeded quite well so they expanded more rooms for the restaurant, and because the location is in a luxury area, most of the customers are high-class people which made the restaurant started to gain popularity among high-level people.  Later, they started expanding the restaurant again and this time they painted the walls in blue color so when people walk by, they usually called it "SEE-FAH" which means blue color in Thai.

This is a project of establishing a new branch of SEE-FAH restaurant within one of the most popular department stores in Bangkok, Thailand. This new branch aims to re-branding and creates a new image of SEE-FAH in the past to be more modern contemporary but still remains the aura of the restaurant itself.
